Ralph the owner is always kind,respectful,and understanding of customers needs .He goes out of his way to satisfy his customers . As for there work well it speaks for its self (they do not advertise there work gets them more jobs than any add could ever bring !)

Tri Star Pools does not follow up with customers I have been trying to get some assistance with a pool that Tri Star installed 6 yrs ago. they still have not sent anyone out. I am on my third pump motor and need another one. the concrete around the pool has droppped. Now i have a leak due to a crack in the step ans still can't get anyone out to look at it. The elderly lady is unable to help. She can't tell me about warranties or anything. Can someone please advise?
