Tri-Star went above and beyond to make a repair, returning when the tank leaked afterwards, taking care of it the same day.

I was very pleased with the service I received from Tristar. I needed a cartridge replaced in my shower on a very hot and humid day. I called to schedule an emergency appointment at 1:30 pm. The plumbers arrived at 4:00 pm and completed the job successfully by 5:00. They were very courteous, professional and cleaned up well. I found the pricing to be reasonable. I will definitely be using Tristar for all my plumbing needs going forward.
