I worked with Ray on the purchase of my new 16ft utility trailer. Communication was excellent. Purchase was quick and easy. The trailer was exactly as advertised. I will definitely be using Ray and TriStar again in the future for other trailer purchases.
I had a great experience with Ray. We emailed back-and-forth for a few weeks about a vehicle, he sent me the Carfax, and then we arranged to make the drive from Nashville to Cookeville to check it out. He stayed late on Friday and allowed us to take it for a test drive. He was very professional, and very helpful, straightforward and honest. We got everything taken care of very quickly and I left with the car that day! Five months later, and the car has been great! Thank you, Ray!!
We had a great experience buying a new to us F150. Ray was helpful and stayed late so I could test drive the truck with my wife after work. He had the paperwork ready in a matter of minutes. Everything was as expected and easy to deal with. Would use him again in the future for our next car or truck.
Great experience! Over a year ago, I traded in my van and purchased a car from Ray at Tristar. I received a good trade-in value and was given a reasonable price on the Honda Accord I purchased. This was my first experience purchasing a car on my own, and Ray was extremely helpful in advising me on the best vehicle for me. I did purchase a vehicle. I traded my truck plus $3600 for another vehicle. I did sign an as is paper. However the truck I purchased approx. 1 month ago broke down before I got home, after putting $1100 + into it, it still does not run. I called and of course nothing could be done but offered their apology. I have called 3 times also bc I have not received tag or title to vehicle so I can't do anything as far as trying to get rid of it He says clerks office is running behind.
