When you hire a professional to do your taxes, you expect them to be a subject matter expert to know all forms and requirements of the tax laws. They did our taxes, and then we received notication from the state that they did not submit a form and it would have cost us a large penalty. We took our notifaction to this firm, they filled out the form and ended up charging us another $175 for their error stating they had to fill out another form and was unaware of the requirement. AVOID! My father had his taxes done here in 2008 and 2009, by the same preparer here. When I took over doing his financials, I looked at the copies of these returns and found a different person's W-2 form in the 2008 package, complete with their social security number and financial info, attached to his tax forms!
