We started off with waste management when we moved to Louisville and they totally lied about their fees. In my search for a new company I came across TriStar. His cost was very reasonable and his service has been outstanding. Always picked the garbage and recycling up. Never called us to complain about anything we were doing (although, we tried to do it the way that he asked with everything bagged). When he needed to change days for pickup, he gave us a notice the week prior so we were prepared. Highly recommend.

Great local garbage service. Price is comparable and reasonable to the other services in the area. Customer service is top notch.

I live down a long hill. Tri-Star comes down to me at no extra charge! They are absolutely the best price out there if you want dependable, door-side pickup and easy communication. If you need door-side pickup, you might also consider Carl's. I went with them first, but they will miss pickups for weeks in a row and are rude when you ask about it. Tri-Star has been such a breath of fresh air! You shouldn't have to worry about whether your garbage will be picked up each week, and with them, I don't!
