Is an ok community to live, however, alot of people complain about stupid stuff. Tristar will fine you $40 for having dandelions in your yard but when a real problem persists, they are radio silent.

Nice neighbor hood .does have high lot rent.well maintained trailers and pool and nice park. Lot rent is kind of high. But very nice neighborhood. No dog pens And I think there's a limit of two animals. But everybody at the office was very nice. They also had very nice trailers. So if you got the money might be a place to be.
Lots of people but trailers are kinda expensive
