Nice neighbor hood .does have high lot rent.well maintained trailers and pool and nice park. Lot rent is kind of high. But very nice neighborhood. No dog pens And I think there's a limit of two animals. But everybody at the office was very nice. They also had very nice trailers. So if you got the money might be a place to be.
Lots of people but trailers are kinda expensive
You would think a community that has over 500 homes and makes over $400,000 a month could afford to put salt on their roads.
Business must be really good here and didn't need ours. We we're inquiring after the sale of our home wanted to downsize and was told to leave our name and number and sales would contact us. Well, nobody ever returned our calls. We have inquired on a couple different occasions and the same outcome.
