Worst place to live They harass you about grass even though you just cut it they will write you a violation saying you have Weeds all over your house when you don’t Also, also, they cannot control these kids for walking in peoples yards behind their houses, which is technically trespassing also, on top of that, these people will steal from your yard

Usually property management onsite in trailer parks have rules to help their own property (being the trailer park) operate efficiently and help their business look organized, at the very least. Although the office always seemed unorganized (accept at the very beginning), and still does with paperwork, there seems to be no motivation at all, to have the slightest lease and/or general rule enforced.
