My husband was at tri-state and asked for an estimate to get my seat fixed and they said they would give us one, no problem, before he left. He never got the estimate while he was there so he called them the next day to get it and no one ever called him back. This was a scheduled appointment for them to give us an estimate to fix the seat and fix a leak in tire, so very disappointed.
