Absolutely terrible system. The online portal is completely antiquated!
If I could give no stars I definitely would. My cobra Ins was canceled 4 months in the negative and I was misled into thinking it could be reinstated. Why couldn't I get a reminder 4 months ago, remember I retired due to age, illness and age related conditions.
FSA card!Always a problem. Card gets declined more than it gets approved even when there is plenty of money on the card.
The customer service was terrible. She was rude. Not very helpful at all
