I should’ve believed the ratings because they do not lie . The entire facility sucks as a whole and do not care about you needing coverage , no matter if your in the ICU like my husband. Christa and the other team had no heart or remorse for my husband needed coverage and made that very clear . To Christa and the rest of the sucky team , just know theirs a special place for you all and that karma is real .
Worst FSA administrator I've ever worked with. They require so many more hoops than other FSA companies and will not help you figure out their difficult rules.
Absolutely terrible system. The online portal is completely antiquated!
If I could give no stars I definitely would. My cobra Ins was canceled 4 months in the negative and I was misled into thinking it could be reinstated. Why couldn't I get a reminder 4 months ago, remember I retired due to age, illness and age related conditions.
FSA card!Always a problem. Card gets declined more than it gets approved even when there is plenty of money on the card.
