I saw Patrick Tignoah for 6 - 7 years but lost my insurance for 2 months. When I was able to get Medicaid I called him to make an appointment. I did owe some money from my co-pay (which was $75 per visit) from my previous insurance. The doctors are very diligent that just seems to be a misunderstanding between the doctor and the pharmacy
I didn’t hang up on him he hung up on me, as you can see I called back to back to get them back on the phone. Not only is he rude but I also did not want to speak him because last time I called I complained to him about how my appointment was rescheduled with no notice. The only reason why I knew my appointment was rescheduled is because I called when I did not receive a phone call to confirm my appointment as they said they would ! Very unprofessional very weird my appointment was rescheduled at the last minute. I wasn’t given any notice couldn’t make it then I call again & she told me it wasn’t any availability when in fact it was their fault I couldn’t make my appointment! The female was easy to deal with than the male however , although she didn’t make much sense either to me, but that sassy grown man at your front desk do better.
