Terrible place. Filled my order once and then completely stopped answering my calls
To say the least. I've attempted and was left. I called, and called like your told to do...ask for help. There was none. After the prescription was done, I couldn't get a refill, the doctor was unreachable and didn't return, or respond to my calls. I'm off medication 💊 for good, and no longer trust mental health professionals. Dr. Focus hurt my progress by not responding to my needs, after she prescribed the medication in the first place.
I never get my meds on time never ever no scheduled appointments it's never ever open in the morning
Was in the hallway waiting for the door to be answered for 15 minutes then when door was finally opened was waiting in the waiting room for 45 minutes until I finally got up and left because it was unprofessional The person I seen that let me into the office spoke so bad broken in English. I couldn’t even understand them. It was very unprofessional and uncaring towards my mental health.
