This place is terrible. Almost 2 full days to install a part that I even brought there with the car. Now my car feels worse than before. Not to mention the last time I went, they didn't know what was wrong with it and I literally spent 4 hours fixing it in the parking lot next to the place with $30 party from Amazon. They told me the wrong part to get so after tearing a apart my dash I was able to fix it.

So I meant Francis and the guys for the first time on Friday.. they were wonderful and knew their stuff.. they fixed two cars in one day and the Toyota had to be towed in. I was told the brake line broke but it just need to be reconnected; very honest on there part .. so then I traded them for the second car because the service engine soon light was on and I was told the loud engine sound was because it needed a new muffler but that was not the case so the mouse eat the wire and they replaced the wire and the light went out,... read more

After stopping at 2 other shops for a small repair and having no luck, I came in unannounced, at about 4⁵⁰ PM on a Saturday. Frances took me right in, got me fixed up and back on the road, even staying after hours to get it done. While I was there she also helped 3 other last-minute customers, all with a smile on her face! I will absolutely be returning to Tristar 9 for future service to my vehicle!
