They are very nice they are very organized clean staff is very friendly I am glad we took the recommendations from our insurance company my husband is very pleased with his hearing aids

I took my mother in law there just after Christmas because one hearing aid had quit and the other one wasn't going good either. I live in Wheelersburg and my mother in law lives in Cincinnati so we weren't established patients there BUT they managed to work her in and fix the faulty hearing aid and tune up the other . I know that the appointment was set up when they otherwise would of been going home but they understood the issues and worked us in with a smile and didn't charge an arm and leg for there services.
