This business sent us a bill for sprinkler winterization they never did. They then left a message that they can't "make us pay" but that they did the work. We know this didn't happen because we hired another company to do the service weeks before the bill stated Tri-Season completed the service. Additionally, no one ever came into our home or was given permission to be on our property to turn off the water line (from inside). We now got a late notice. Unbelievable. No one has ever answered the phone. Only voice mail.
