Tri-R Mechanical installed our air conditioner in our new build home. From past experience it is a good idea to have a maintenance contract. I called the office and spoke with Leonora who is very personable and polite. For our first maintenance visit, Jimmy, our service technician, was on time, professional, very thorough and polite. He answered our numerous questions and we were very impressed.

Happy to have Jimmy as our technician. Very polite and thorough in his explanations. Our AC was coming on like a jet airliner and he solved the issue.

Jimmy was able to diagnose and fix my hvac problem very quickly. When he arrived, the interior temp was 91° and by the time he left, the temp had already dropped 6°. He’s very knowledgeable and also set up the app for me, which was a huge help. The dogs and I are very grateful!
