TRI-R Mechanical has been very good. Our new home’s AC system (runs efficiently) was installed by this company and we also signed up for the bi-annual maintenance program. Service technician Jimmy came and checked every component of our system inside and out to make sure all is running well. He was professional and knowledgeable. Destin came out and found that the system was low on gas. He showed me the oily spot where the leak was at. He let me know the cost for repairing my current system and suggested, because of its age, that I replace the system. He explained that since my system was out of warranty all cost would fall on me, as well as the fact that repeated repairs would be likely. He suggested a unit replacement.
