I can highly recommend Lucrecia. She's very knowledgeable and is good at evaluating performance, then prescribing exercises to address the issues. I most recently saw her as I was rehabilitating from a pretty substantial leg operation. I thought my main need was to add strength. She worked with me on that as well as additional exercises for movement and balance. As I mastered an exercise she would build on it with a more challenging one. Lucretia worked with me on my recovery from a hip replacement. With her therapy I finally turned the corner on a particularly difficult rehabilitation. She manifested a thorough understanding of everything to do with my hip, from the anatomy to the mechanics, to the healing and strengthening.
