Unprofessional is putting it lightly. On January 12, 2025, I submitted an inquiry for certain office space at a specific site advertised at $280 per month. Joaquin Canals emailed me on January 20, 2025 stating that he is back in town and could show me the office space he advertised at this price. Mind you, I was looking at a commercial office space in Raleigh and I live in Greenville, NC. This means that Mr. Canals knew I would be making a special trip just to see this office. Nice place to work. Clean, plenty of parking and close to restaurants. Easily Accessible for handicap. EV chargers. Walking trais need repaving & improvements, but happy there's a place to walk. This building & the buildings around me have pinic tables or places to eat lunch outdoors.
Our company hired Tri Properties to find a new home for our operation in the triangle. The requirements for our business made finding the right property challenging. Ryan Gaylord and Paxton Massarelli did an incredible job. They discovered multiple properties during the process and maintained their effort until we found the right one.
