Very nice people and very affordable!
I called to get and estimate on a cleaning on my dog's teeth. The lady on the phone told me it would be $490 for the cleaning. I asked if that included removal of is gums that are overgrown and covering some teeth. She told me I'd have to make an appointment for an estimate. I asked if she could give me a round about estimate but still insisted to come for an estimate. So I did.... $60 later for the visit they gave me an estimate of over $900. At the end up February we had to lay our 15 year old girl to rest. The office was so compassionate and spoke softly when coming into the room, and playing soft music. On one of the hardest days they made it easier. I didn’t even think to have her paw or nose prints and my heart was so grateful to receive such a kind card and have memories of our girl. Thank you so much for taking the time and care to send this to us.
My experience with tri point so far has been nothing short of fantastic. The staff were gentle and understanding while i was panicking over the phone about my fur baby. They were able to get him in very quickly and Dr.Burcham eased all of my anxieties. Great team of people all around.
