Liz inside the HOA office is super nice. She has been there a long time and is very experienced. They are very professional.
I think a really good idea would be for TPUOA to REQUIRE any real estate agent who inquires about or represents property within the Tri Palm Estates to provide prospective home buyers with a copy of the by-laws that govern this community. Had I known TPUOA is as restrictive and controlling as they're turning out to be, I would NEVER have purchased here. Total sham of an HOA. They do not enforce the CC&R's and care very little about the community as a whole. Just a bunch of power hungry low self-esteemed people.
