John the Technician was awesome. He was on time and knew exactly how to repair an old Forklift. He was a master at his job.
Bought a pre-owned Nissan Forklift with only 7493 hours on 05/08/25. We have only used it for 69 hours (7562) in 9 months. Already needs a $2,500.00 repair. Purchased the unit based on recommendation, that is was serviced, and was a "very good" machine. So disappointed in Tri-Lift, but if they make good on it, will revise this review. UPDATE...the staff at Trilift (Mike Simmons) got us a 40% discount on the repair that we agreed to and felt was fair. Thank you for hearing our concern.

John L. Came to my work at Danley911to find our problem with our forklift, He fixed our issue and took the time to clean up the machine were the issue was. definitely will request him back for any of my forklift issue in the future and maintenance.
