Awful, awful, awful! VERY RUDE and disrespectful!
Absolutely awful experience! Had to take our son's puppy in on a Saturday bc our vet was closed. He tested positive for parvo and we were immediately treated like we were infected and asked wait outside. We were trying to decide the treatmemt option to choose and the Dr refused to give detailed info on the injections to be given and accused us of wanting to just "buy them at a co-op." She had originally waived the $65 dollar fee for visit since that's all the cash we had to buy the treatment package, but after asking questio... read more
