I purchased a new 2020 G3 Sportsman 1710 early this year. This boat has had numerous issues. Mainly with batteries going dead. I called them and explained what was going on. They just asked me to bring batteries in and exchange them. After 2 sets (both trolling and crank) I decided to diagnose the issues on my own since they can't/ won't. I found that my on board charger was only charging one bank of the two causing one battery to drain. I also had a bad pump which they have argued with me about since day 1.. Brent, we apologize for the issues you've encountered with the numerous non-dealer installed accessories and their drain on your batteries. Unfortunately, we did find that the factory installed 2-bank charger was not functioning properly, and tried to rectify the situation with an upgraded 3-bank charger. We hate that parts have been hard to come by with the shortages from many suppliers. We wish you all the luck with your boat!

These guys are the best!! We met them several years ago when they started servicing our first used pontoon. We loved their personalized service and care so much we decided to purchase our new tritoon from them a few years later. Have never had a problem and continue to get great service from them. Terrible customer service. after 9 months of being lied to about when they woild get around to my boat winterizing never got done. Lost a seat cushion and screwed up the new blower and bilges and wont offer to fix. Instead Pat attempts an assault at the marina when told how bad of a job they had done dropping boat half on the lift. No way to run a business.
We were happy with our old boat! Never thought of trading it in on another.....until we met Eric snd Kevin at the Springfield boat show in January! Of all the boats, we saw one that we couldn’t resist. With Eric’s easy going, no pressure nature, it was easy to say, “Yes! We need this G3 SunCatcher tritoon!” Working with Kevin and Eric has been a joy. We are SO looking forward to getting out on the lake with our new boat. Thanks to TriLakes.
We just traded in our tritoon as it was bigger than we needed. Eric was very helpful in finding us a boat that would better fit our needs, gave us a fair offer for our trade in, and was so easy to work with. Both he and Kevin provided excellent service throughout the whole process!
