My dad has been going through them for medical equipment for some time now and it’s always something with them. The man, Kurt or Kirk, gives my parents an extremely hard time with delivering his oxygen. He will deny a delivery based off of “not feeling like driving out there”. Meanwhile my dad has to find a way to get to dr appointments without it. His insurance has no copay and we had them send us the information about it and tried to show them and they deny it even being his insurance. Telling my mom that he had different ... read more
Staff was extremely helpful very polite. They gave me options and helped me choose everything that I needed. I couldn’t have asked for better service. I appreciate them very much.
Great people very prompt and very understanding to needs.i personally recieved a incredibly high bill that I was unaware of and when I called to explain that I had no knowledge of it .they were able to navigate me through on how I can make it up without having to loose my my oxygen which would be extremely detrimental to my health and for that I'm grateful
Staff was knowledgeable and very prompt with my order I would highly recommend to others
