Had the worst experience with this company. The owner cursed at me and hung up on me. He came to my house to "fix" my machine which he did not. I called him when I got home. He called me back then preceded to curse at me and tell me he had been drinking beer. That's not the type of business that I want to use again.
2 months waiting for nothing. Worst service ever, I had to call for updates every week or so, then I would always get an update that there was no update. I received one call, finally, and was told parts would be in in a few days then 2 weeks later I had to call again and was told, I don't know where the parts are. I'm guessing that the parts were never ordered. Save yourself the stress and use Hanes Appliance Repair, had my fridge repaired in less than a week.
