Great service! Quick. Affordable. Respectful. Trustworthy. Dishwasher required pump replacement. Part was ordered day of while assessing issue. Part was installed morning after it arrived.
They claim they ARE NOT Tri-Lakes appliance repair but are listed as such, called them because of a previous problem with Tri-Lakes but they denied they are this business - sketchy and suspect beyond belief. They hung up on me when challenged. BEWARE
NOT A REAL COMPANY? I called the number, and i get a message saying "Please press 1 to be connected" then i get classical music, then an individual with an Indian accent answers and asks me for my zip code. I gave her my zip code, after a few seconds she says "there is nobody in your area" and then before i can breath, a prerecorded message kicks in that says "there is nobody in your area" and then the line goes dead. Response to initial call was quick; came out next day to diagnose. Within minutes determined compressor failure for LG refrigerator. Advised his labor charges, he advised call manufacturer (LG) and we ordered part as compressor w/circuit board still under parts warranty; were 2 months beyond labor warranty. He needed authorization (Been warned about LG's fix it-people by a friend...months to arrive). Paid his diagnostics fee but he credited it in repair total cost. LG sent nothing for two weeks. They came out to our place, examined our fridge, then explained why it was behaving like it was. Gave us advice on how to proceed if we felt it was necessary and refused to accept any payment. Highly recommended.
