Reception sometimes cancels appointments on you with little to no reason. There is sometimes no-shows on part of the doctor; it makes life difficult. Very short runs on chronic meds make life difficult. One receptionist is just inappropriate to her role. Stubborn place in all... avoid, avoid, avoid!!!

This place is very hit and miss. Sometimes I go there and see a nice professional doctor and go away feeling confident in what I was told and like I got help. A few days ago I went there, the doctor I saw asked me what was bothering me so I started explaining. She literally butted in right away and was like 'Can you just tell me what's wrong?' This hospital is the saddest excuse for a hospital. Bed side manner is garbage, care for the patients in the clinic and emergency are terrible. Cleanliness is bad, confidentiality is almost non existent. Covid is two years in get over it. My son needed to be looked over and the nurses were too concerned over covid. Do your job and quit worrying about something that isn't going away. Anytime we need the clinic or doctors we will take the extra time to travel as we have always had a terrible experience with the hospital in tow... read more
