Lindsay creates a relaxing atmosphere and is so welcoming and thoughtful in the details. She found and worked out some very deep sore spots I didn’t even know I had! I’ve had massages in the past from therapists who didn’t have the strength to really get deep in the tissue, but definitely not the case with Lindsay. I left with happy muscles and I look forward to my next visit!
I always look forward to getting a massage with Tri-Harmony! It has also made a big difference with my headaches and neck and shoulder pain from my desk job. Highly recommend!
