My stepson called an ambulance for my husband and, as someone else wrote, they did absolutely nothing for him. He had cellulitis which any medical professional would have known immediately! Especially since we told them that his knee hurt!!! They NEVER looked at his knee and were so worried about taking him to the hospital for a heart issue (I guess) because again they never even LOOKED AT HIS KNEE OR THEY WOULD HAVE SEEN RIGHT AWAY IT WAS INFECTED!! I recently helped an elderly family friend deal with this business. I was told by the patient that ambulance staff were courteous, but the real problem was the bill that came in the mail weeks later for “provided treatment,” which was apparently minimal and did not even include transport to a hospital. Meanwhile, the business tried to bilk Medicare for an amount nearly three times as much as the “reduced fee” on the bill received in the mail. Guys! You driving always more than speed limit!!!! Why?????? It doesn't matter what kind of emergency do u have. Speed limit for everyone!

YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. Their unpaid charge is now on my credit report. I have been trying to pay them for an ambulance ride for over 2 years. It is impossible to reach anyone about billing issues. They never even filed the claim with my insurance company.
