Would give negative stars if that was a possibility. We only have a propane fireplace in our home. Obviously our propane use is rather low. We inherited tri gas with purchase of our home in 2022. Transferred as pep up took over. Because of that, new contract needed , drawn up by Pep up and signed by both parties. So far so good , or so we thought. I will start by saying I have been a customer for over 10 years. I was with trigas before they were bought out by pepup. I have been on the promise plan the entire 10+ years until this winter where my overages exceeded historical usage ($2,000+). I spoke with dispatch about a possible leak once I was notified of the overage amount. I was kicked off the promise plan and autofill with no warning. George Burkhead promised that I would receive prompt propane deilveries when my tank reached a level of 30% - the attached wireless tank monitor supposedly communicates the tank reading to their delivery dept. He also said my contract included a no run-out guarantee. Currently my tank is at 9% and will be empty within the next two days. So much for a no run-out guarantee.

Absolutely worst company I’ve ever dealt with, called to get emergency heat, tried paying with cash money, and because of their own incompetence of keeping up with their customers, they tell me There is nothing they can do because they are behind with their own customers and prioritize them first over anyone else

🚨UPDATED🚨 See below review. No stars necessary. Adding insult to injury. After leaving my initial review, I contacted the company directly to try to resolve the issue and reach some kind of middle ground. That went nowhere. I paid for my services in full, yet PepUp disconnected the service I had already paid for. When I asked to discontinue service as a result, their response was to demand even more money just to remove their own equipment (container/tank).
