George Burkhead promised that I would receive prompt propane deilveries when my tank reached a level of 30% - the attached wireless tank monitor supposedly communicates the tank reading to their delivery dept. He also said my contract included a no run-out guarantee. Currently my tank is at 9% and will be empty within the next two days. So much for a no run-out guarantee.

Absolutely worst company I’ve ever dealt with, called to get emergency heat, tried paying with cash money, and because of their own incompetence of keeping up with their customers, they tell me There is nothing they can do because they are behind with their own customers and prioritize them first over anyone else

🚨UPDATED🚨 See below review. No stars necessary. Adding insult to injury. After leaving my initial review, I contacted the company directly to try to resolve the issue and reach some kind of middle ground. That went nowhere. I paid for my services in full, yet PepUp disconnected the service I had already paid for. When I asked to discontinue service as a result, their response was to demand even more money just to remove their own equipment (container/tank). ⭐☆☆☆☆ (If negative stars were possible, I’d give them −5) Unfortunately, I was forced to be a customer of PepUp for some time, which gave me plenty of opportunity to learn how they operate. Based on my experience, this is by far the shadiest energy provider serving the local area. They show no concern for customers, even in the dead of winter. I would not recommend this place, they are not honest people in my opinion, I have had issues with my account for about a month and i spoke with Ashley and she told me she seen where they messed up on my account and she had to get someone to fix it and like I said its been a month and no one is returning my calls or fixing my account and I am just getting the run around, and this is very unprofessional in my opinion and everytime I call they always say they are emailing someone higher up then Ashley, and I have yet to speak ... read more
