I’ve been a customer of Tri Gas and Oil for over 10 years, at two locations. They cut through my electrical line while digging a trench to relocate our propane tank, which cost over $1700 to repair. They were supposed to hand dig but didn’t and I was told if I didn’t like it they’d just come pick up the tank (which had just been filled at my expense). I suggested we mediate our differences using free mediation services but they refused. They still have $212 of my money that I prepaid for propane and they have not completed t... read more
