At the time I met Chris, I had no faith anyone could help me. My friend made me give Tri-Force Fitness a try and I’m beyond grateful! Cancer had left my body a wreck. I had 5 surgeries in a 2 year period. I was covered in scar tissue, my abdomen was shredded and put back together with mesh. I couldn’t do a single sit up.
