Amy and her team are an absolute delight to work with! Everyone here is genuinely excited to be part of the classes, and the atmosphere is so welcoming. The gym has a wide variety of machines you won’t find anywhere else. They’ve recently expanded to include red-light therapy, a dedicated cycling room, a yoga space, and a fully equipped gym. The staff is always warm and inviting, and it truly feels like more than just a place to work out...it’s a community of encouraging people who genuinely care about one another.
We love coming here as a family, its been so nice to find a gym we love and are comfortable being at. Amy has been absolutely wonderful!
The owners are good people. They care about their clients. The gym is small but has everything you need for a good workout. The cost is good, and they have all the classes you could want and personal training.
