Tri-Den , Frank was extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I have an old Boiler/Radiant heat. Tri-Den was able to get me into the schedule same day and was here within an hour ! Highly recommend ! I will definitely use again if needed.
We had called our "USUAL" Plumbing and HVAC Team. Apparently, their HVAC technician left the company and has not yet been replaced. I called my son-in-law for another resource. He recommended Tri-Den. We called them up and they scheduled us that morning! We met the technician at our home, he diagnosed the problem, went and picked up a replacement part and fixed the furnace! This was my first time using Tri-Den and I was very impressed with their service. Taylor checked my heating system and explained everything as he was doing it. My furnace was in good working order but he discovered my humidifier system wasn't working but didn't pressure me into fixing it or buying a new system. He told me what was needed and said to call if I wanted to get it fixed. I would highly recommend Tri-Den.
We have been using them for quite some time. Nick and his team are great. Very knowledgeable and trustworthy. They took care of our gas leak in a timely manner
What a great company... being a single mom i was worried about cost.. they did a wonderful job.. got my furnace back up and running in a timely fashion and didn't break the bank... I would recommend Tri- Den to every one having furnace issues
