This is a long overdue shout-out to Mike at Tri-Delta Mechanical. For the last twenty plus years he has acted as our heating- air conditioning contractor. My husband Paul and I rehab older homes, we resell some and keep others as rentals. Mike has worked on all our properties. He has installed new heating systems, new air conditioning units, new duct work, new hot water heaters and made repairs to existing systems as needed. We’ve never had a call-back on anything he installed or repaired. Would highly recommend !!

Mike did an awesome job repairing our furnace. He came out within 2 hours of calling him. If you need a trusted, reliable, knowledgeable service repairman, make sure you ask for Mike. He's been our guy for many years now.

Mike was awesome! Very friendly and very educational on each step he was doing so my fiancé and I knew what to look for the next time something seemed wrong with our furnace. Definitely keeping Tri-Delta in mind for other items that may come up.

Tri- Delta is fantastic, we have used them for years. Mike is top notch and is always available to help with any issues or problems I have. Never had any issues with any work he’s done. Prices are fair.

Called Tri-Delta and he was at my home within an hr. Literally fixed our heater in less than 20 minutes for a fair price. Would recommend them to anyone anytime.
