Brought a pallet of the toilet in my RV to these guys, to make sure I got the right seals. Got them back to my trailer and the only one that fit was the bowl seal. These guys are clueless.
If you want service this is the best in the province. John will bend over backwards to help. Not just parts and labor but tons of information for a diy'er. These people care.
Excellent sales and service. The owner, John, who I dealt with a number of times over the phone for some 5 months or so, had been very helpful and patient with me. (A true nightmare scenario) I finally met him in person when I went to the shop/dealership to find some parts a couple of weeks ago. I was really amazed at the time and patience he showed (after closing hours) to help my friend piece together options that may work for a water line issue he had. An A1 operation, run by a stand-up guy.
John and Sharon excellent people excellent service, parts on hand great prices and best of all happy to help us vacationers. Thank you so much.
