This is a horrible service. They charge you way too much and now they are sending a notice for a court date saying a bill was never paid. They never sent a tangible piece of paper stating a payment was needed. Never knew they didn't take insurance. I guess that is what they like to do. They keep you in the dark about what you owe so then they can charge you more and send you to court. PLEASE IF YOU ARE NEEDED TO GO TO THE HOSPITAL. WALK OR DRIVE YOURSELF. DO NOT rely on them. They are scammers.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They will over bill you and scam you. Read your bill very carefully and contact your insurance company. Your charges will add up to one amount, and they will bill you for another. United health care told me what my charges should be, AFTER they pay their portion, and this company is trying to get my to pay an additional $205.00! For a company to be that desperate for money or negligent in their billing, that they need to prey on sick and injured victims, it is disgusting and shameful.
Had to use this service a few times. Every time they were very nice gentlemen who knew what they were doing.
