I called on a Sunday due to low water pressure in the house. The person who answered (Will?) talked me through troubleshooting and i have my problem solved in 10 minutes. This is great service. Some companies would come out and charge for a service call but they went above and beyond by helping with my problem over the phone for no charge. Definitely at the top of my list for who to call if I ever have well or pump problems. Thanks for your help today!!
Overpriced, sketchy plumber.
I wish I could leave more than 5 stars. We found ourselves without water on a SATURDAY :( as first time home owners, we were stressing. I got ahold of another company who wouldn't make it out til later in the afternoon and was going to charge an outrageous amount to just show up. Finally got ahold of Tri County and Chris showed up in just 30 minutes. Our pump died and we had to replace it. Not the news we wanted but Chris was kind and informative throughout the whole process.
