We've used Terry for several pool fills in the last 6 years. He's always been accommodating to our schedules, calls before he shows up. Overall, Terry is the only person we call for pool water! He's been professional and will continue to do business with him in the future!
The lady on the phone was very sweet but the man who showed up was extremely rude to me. When I opened the door I greeted him nicely and he said "is anyone gonna direct me where I should go?" Mind you, you can see my pool from the road. I told him he was ok to bring his truck around back he goes "is anyone gonna be back there?" I stated I was the only one home at the moment and I was taking care of my toddler so I'd be out when I was finished doing what I needed to do with my toddler. Terry and his team at Tri County Water Hauling were awesome! The scheduler (I wish I’d caught her name!) was super friendly and got us a quote and appointment within two days. Terry handled a really tricky hot tub fill like a pro. Fast, friendly, and local — can’t ask for better service. We’ll definitely be calling them again for future water deliveries.
