Needed a second opinion on a bad water softener and a water test completed and this place was fantastic. Max came to my house and helped me understand what needed to be done, and more importantly, what didn't need to be done. Going through Tri-Water will save me thousands and thousands of dollars; they offered so much more than other, more public, companies. I would definitely recommend and will be using them in the future for all my water needs.

Avoid their comercial systems AT ALL costs. Unfortunately, our HOA Board went with this company even after their first systems life was cut short by 5-7 years. They have overidden the "salt-saving" features (which they sold us on) to attempt to make it work consistantly, they have re-plumbed it twice, the second time in a way that is ineffecient and out of the ordinary. They have replaced parts at a cost of $1800 to us after just 2.5 years and to ... read more

We recently had Greg Huse from Tri County Water Conditioning come out to our home, and we couldn’t be more impressed. Greg was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. He wasn’t pushy at all — just genuinely helpful and clearly knew his stuff. On top of that, he was very friendly and respectful of our space. It’s not often you come across someone both super smart and down-to-earth. Highly recommend Tri County Water Conditioning, and especially Greg,... read more
