I am always blown away by the level of service and the elevated customer experience I receive at Tri County. They truly give you that small town service with expert knowledge and the "going above and beyond" feel. Every employee I have ever talked to there is pleasant and happy which speaks volumes to how this business is run. Thank you again for the excellence in service!
Special Thanks to the team. Chris had installed much of the equipment over many years before we owned the home and helped us address issues with low water pressure and hard water. Instead of pushing new equipment on us the team helped me navigate solutions mostly on my own. Tested the water at no charge to assure success.
Chirs serviced my iron filter (not a brand they sell) I appreciate how knowledgeable, helpful and personable he and all the staff havr been.
