Was this provider's office too loud? No, it wasn't too loud Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Yes, I know I can count on them to find a solution Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Not at all! They were boring and outdated Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? I have been taking my Pekingese dogs to Dr. Crickman for 6+ years. He is very knowledgable, thorough and competent about the breed. He provides me with all of the options of care available and doesn't pressure me into making any decisions until I'm ready. One of my Pekes was recently almost paralyzed (I thought she was paralyzed). Dr. Crickman said the best course of action would be immediate surgery, which I couldn't afford, so the staff told me about Care Credit and kept an eye on my dog while I applied for it. No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely!
