This is a very good vet, if you are looking for a vet to sell you snake oil and things you really dont need, DO NOT go there !! If you are looking for a vet that will tell you like it is and not play games he is the one. If you want a beauty contest and be the winner go to to Appanasha clinic. At least I can afford to take care of my dog, and not take out a loan to do so.
2/21/2017 Great first experience at Tri-County Vet! Before scheduling an appointment at Tri-County, I read the reviews (which were either 1 star or 5 star reviews, not too many in between). After my puppy's first visit, I can only assume that the claimed "unfriendly staff" has since been replaced with a very upbeat and friendly staff! My dog and I were treated very nicely, and Dr. John made sure my dog wasn't in any pain while receiving her shots. Prices were very reasonable, and the office was clean. I love how Dr. John gets right to the point and doesn't try to sell you shots and tests that are not needed. You can tell he truly loves the animals and I have never had to wait. I will always take my pets here!
"You get what you pay for." Our seven year old Samoyed was having issues eating. Initially, we thought she was playing us, however, we soon saw that it was more serious. We brought her in, and Dr. John P. did very little for her before being dead set on her "playing us." After we made it apparent that we were concerned, he went for a blood test through the jugular. John is an outstanding Vet, he doesn't WOW you and tell you what a show animal you have or try and sell you stuff you don't need. He gets down to business and moves on. Awesome, and his staff is good too. Very affordable!!!

I would never go to this vet. My friend took her cat in for some blood work because the cat was not eating. When the results came back she was required to make an appointment to go over the results. The vet would not give her the results over the phone. Her vehicle was broke down and she couldn't get there. She was worried about her cat, but the vet still wouldn't give her the results over the phone. These are cold hearted people. I would never go here.
The worst vet and staff I have ever met. If you ever have an emergency for you pet don't go there. They are in way too much of a hurry getting patients in and out to listen...live and learn I guess. You get what you pay for. I will never forgive them!!!!!!!!! They get NO stars from me.
Best vet ever. Been going there for 19 years with my cat. Deb is great too.
