Horrible scheduling people! It's a shame the training for staff is so poor. An office can have amazing doctors but one awful person can cause you to look elsewhere.
Dr. Freiha and his staff have been treating members of my family for over a decade. He is an excellent doctor, stays current with the latest advances in his specialty, and is a caring, empathetic person. The office staff is friendly and helpful. I have never felt rushed or hurried during my visits, but have not been kept waiting an inordinate amount of time for appointments either. Front desk staff very unorganized. Seem to have no idea of what is going on with insurance, referrals, or anything else for that matter. Received multiple phone calls, all from different staff asking me the exact same questions. Very frustrating!
