I've been waiting for a technician for 3+ months. Twice now, Tri-County has cancelled the appointment due to the same reason: technician needs time to deal with a family emergency. I get placed at the end of the line every time. Shame on La-Z-Boy for outsourcing what used to be reliable & top-of-the-line service to a company that doesn't have the resources to handle their business.
We've been waiting for TCFS to come repair a chair thru the Lazy-boy warranty service. Horrible! Their scheduling is done by a computer. There is no one available until afyer noon each day, so I requested an afternoon window. Both tes they give me 9am. Customer service says I have to wait ten days each time. Just to get another morning appointment. Then when I ask for a supervisor or manager, she says there isn't one available. Seriously? I can see why their "1" bar is so long.

BEWARE! everythng this shister did is falling apart! inferior work. crooks trying to threaten you trying to get more money. Good thing we had a detailed receipt! Also they punctured the gas lines! Gas spewing out everywhere inside the airplane! re-used 40 year old batting inside seats, wires poking through back of front seats. Glad they posted the picture to their Facebook page to show the results of their work. Shameful. BEWARE!!
