They deleted my review so I’ll keep posting it My grandparents went here for about 10 years with there Toyotas in 2019 they bought a new highlander and over the past few years they have been doing there services and they forgot to check the battery. The battery took a crap on them the next morning and there extended warranty just went out so when talked to the manager (Todd) and he wasn't happy that my grandfather got mad. I bought a used car from here 2 years ago. I got a great deal. I get all my required services from them and they always take care of my car like it's the best on the lot. It's an all around great dealership.
If you are looking to have your toyota serviced, look elsewhere. The techs are led by the service manager Richard. I feel for. I have brought my vehicle in twice now for warranty repairs. The first time they even documented the issue as faulty but did not replace the component. The second and last time around they falsified their findings. The techs working on my vehicle did not receive the correct information so I can't exactly fault the techs for a miss-diagnosis.
