Carlos arrived promptly to clean our tile floor and grout and steam clean three sofas. His prices were very reasonable and he and his helper were extremely friendly and helpful. They moved the heavy furniture and placed it back into place. I highly recommend this company for the reliability, professionalism and perfect job. The tile floor looks great and the couches were dry in the time that was promised which was just a few hours
