Horrible communication! Ordered rocks to be delivered, paid and was quoted to be delivered this morning (sat 13th). No phone calls. Waited for hours and decided to follow up around 11AM, no answer or call back. Called again at 1PM they said the driver was “in our area” which was not true and actually in raleigh delivering an order. Was told it will now be delivered “in 2 hours”. More waiting and got a call that they will not be able to deliver today. Very dissatisfied with the service and frustrated that they wasted our time... read more
