I lease a space here for a reasonable price. It's a gravel yard so some may not be pleased with that. It's a convenient distance from my house. An added bonus is the dump station in the yard. While it's rare that I can't dump where I camp, knowing I can always dump here is great. I gave them four stars for the gravel lot and quite a few units that appear abandoned. That being said, it works for us.
It’s a good place to store our trailer. Management is very nice.
Any given day it's not clear who owns the property.
