I do not recommend working with this company unless you will be satisfied with service that adheres strictly to the letter of the law (and not one inch beyond it), delivered with the barest minimum of civility. We rented a house in Wilmington through them that had a stupefying number of problems that we did not know about until after we moved in. (We rented from out-of-state - big mistake. I’ve been called this place for months to see if they had anything available and when they did answer it was always no, call back. I finally go on their website one day and see they have something available so I inquired about it, got the application filled it out and everything. Haven’t heard anything back and this was almost a month ago. When I asked about the application, I was told that she was waiting for the boss to tell her what the rent was going to be( I guess it was different from what they had posted on the proper... read more
