this timeLooked the service person Jack ignored all i said when he was on his way to my house. I told him since last year,2024 sevice, the system flashed too often and the jet to ot dor was too strong and created soil and lawn erosion and muddy lawn. too much SALT used. THIS TIME, his solution was not properly designed, and we can only barely manage now.
Zach & Blake did an excellent job.
We lost water access this morning, so I called Tri County Pumps. They sent two service technicians here who were able to replace the pump and get the water back on within a couple of hours. Prior to beginning work, they informed me of the possible price range depending upon the work required and, once the new pump was installed, they informed me of all that had been done. I can't say enough positive things about the young men who came and the relief it was to have the problem solved so quickly.
I contacted Tri County Pumps this morning and they had someone there within 4 hours. Blake and Zach were very friendly, professional and explained everything in layman's terms. They fixed the problem quickly and went over all directions with me. I would recommend them very highly.
