Great experience. Appraisers clearly understood my needs and met them in a professional manner. I am very satisfied. Of note and a unique experience factor, Tri County was the only company that had office staff (Diane in my case) directly answer the phone and make all arrangements. I called multiple other companies (7) or left call back requests and received no reply or return call. These companies lost my lost business as a result.
