Improve Your Quality I had similar incompetence issue on a drain pipe being unclogged as did other reviewer. Service tech couldn't unclog drain, which I found pathetic as he indicated he's been doing this for 30+ years. I think he said it three times during the excuses. Had to have someone else fix it, which just took minutes. The joke is I still got a bill.
Honest Service We called Tri County Power Rodding after our sewer system started backing up into our home. We scheduled an appointment and they promptly sent out 2 men. It turned out to be a severe root problem, and they recommended yearly cleanout. The price was decent, and we were glad to have the problem taken care of so reasonably. A few weeks later, we were disappointed to have the problem reappear. We called Tri County Power Rodding, and they sent out the same 2 men and cleared the roots again at no additional charge. ... read more
