My husband and I recently bought a home that had been serviced by Tri- county pools for years by the previous owners, we chose to continue using their services, one day without notice the owner of the company left a note saying he would no longer clean our pool, I was home while he was there, but he didn’t come to the door or speak to me in person about this. Richard had serviced my mom's pool for many years and with NO notice left a written note saying he would no longer be able to take care of the pool for this price and he would not be back. My mom, my son and myself all reached out to him by phone, email and text. He did Not return any calls. We offered to pay more in our messages and wanted an explanation. Best pool service you can get. Price is very reasonable. Service is top notch. Very knowledgeable. keeps my pool in pristine condition. A good honest buisness.
