Worst experience ever! First of all, waited over an hour to be seen with no apologies, updates or reasons provided. Dr Wendell is the worst doctor I have EVER encountered (and that says a lot). He did not listen, was dismissive, and uncaring. He had a foot out the door the entire time, and he pretty much gave me non answers, and just blew off listening to my history.
If you like waiting 3 hours in the waiting room to see the doctor for you appointment, this is the perfect place.
Went to walk in clinic and they couldn’t look at my son’s injury because they were at full capacity.
I received a bill of a whopping $899 for a knee brace that is priced at a mere $52 on the manufacturer's website. Last year, I took my son who had been experiencing moderate knee pain to this place. The x-ray scan didn't find anything wrong, the nurse practitioner then put a brace on my son without mentioning the cost. before leaving the office, I was asked to sign a paper which also didn't show any cost information.
