Absolutely, horrible service. My mother-in-law saw Dr. Lombardi to discuss possible hip replacement surgery. Overall, Tri-County does not provide quality care. Dr. Lombardi’s team went over treatment plan for my mother-in-law only two ultimately have surgery scheduled. That’s when everything went horribly wrong. Dr. Lombardi’s team, especially his surgical coordinator was absolutely horrible and completely unprofessional when it came to addressing Her concerns. After wasting so much time calling the office multiple times, we... read more

Terrible and ineffective care. ( knee problems) My first visit with Dr. Stephen A. Hunt was disappointing — he barely examined me and hardly listened. At my second visit with Dr. Aaron L. Forbes, I was in severe pain in both knees and struggling to move. He was arrogant and prescribed an expensive gel injection that did nothing to help. The nurse who performed the injection caused extreme pain, and when it was ... read more

I was prescribed PT for the wrong injury which only further aggravate my symptoms. When I went on for follow ups telling them my symptoms (numbness in my arm and hand), they told me i... read more

Very bad business. Was a patient of Dr. Montgomery (who is a fabulous surgeon btw) back in 2010 and he repaired my ACL. No problems since until recently so I called and asked to make an appointment for him to look at it. The woman at the front desk asked for my name and DOB then put me on hold for a few minutes. Came back and said she was transferring me to billing. Confused, when billing picked up, I asked why I was here to make an appointment... they told me I had a past due balance from my surgical procedure back in 2010 ... read more
